Sanya sits on the same latitude as Hawaii, at the southern end of Hainan. The city is held between Linchun Ridge and the bays of Dadonghai and Yalong, so forest and sea are both within a short drive of each other. 三亞與夏威夷同緯度，位於海南島南端。城市夾在臨春嶺與大東海、亞龍灣之間，山林與海岸彼此相距不遠。

Foreign cards work more widely than they used to. Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Amex are accepted at many outlets, and both WeChat Pay and Alipay can be linked to an overseas card.
